Privacy policy

Last updated October 9, 2026. Short version: we collect the minimum, we never sell it, and you can have it deleted.

The free trainer

No account, no tracking. Your daily case count is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

What we collect when you sign up

• Your email address. If you sign in with Google, Google also shares your name and profile picture.
• Your practice history: which cases you did and whether you got them right. This powers your map and reviews.
• A random device ID and browser type, to enforce the 2-device limit.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing country and postal code, never your card number.
• If you join the presale list, just your email.
• Questions you ask the AI tutor and its answers, to enforce daily limits and so a physician can review answer quality.

What we do with it

Run OMM GOAT, keep your progress, send receipts and service emails, and answer your messages. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments and sales tax), Cloudflare (hosting), Google (only if you choose Google sign-in), our email delivery provider, and Anthropic and OpenAI (which generate tutor answers; tutor questions are sent to them without your name or email). Each handles data only to provide its service.

Cookies

Only the ones needed to keep you signed in and to recognize your device. No advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

While your account is active and for up to one year after your access ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

Email hello@ommgoat.com to get a copy of your data or to delete your account and history. We act on requests within 30 days.

Age

OMM GOAT is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
