1. Who we are

OMM GOAT is a product of Laurence Stolzenberg, DO ("we", "us"), based in Rochester, New York. Questions about anything here: hello@ommgoat.com.

2. Study tool, not medical advice

OMM GOAT is an educational tool for osteopathic exam preparation. Nothing on it is medical advice, it is not for diagnosing or treating patients, and using it does not create a doctor-patient relationship with anyone.

3. No exam guarantee

We work hard to make the cases accurate and useful, but we do not promise any score or a pass on COMLEX, COMAT or any other exam. COMLEX® and COMAT® are registered trademarks of the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners (NBOME), which is not affiliated with and does not endorse OMM GOAT. We never use recalled exam content.

4. Your account

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• One account is for one person. It works on up to 2 devices at a time; signing in on another device signs out the one used least recently.
• Keep access to your sign-in email secure. Anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• We may suspend accounts that are shared, resold or used to copy the content.

5. Founder plan

The founding member plan is a single payment. It does not renew. What you buy: access, through 11:59 pm Eastern on March 31, 2028, to the modules live on the day you pay (sacrum and pelvis, viscerosomatic levels, and the AI tutor), plus any module we release before that date. Modules on our roadmap, such as spine and ribs, are plans, not promises, and their dates can move. If we shut OMM GOAT down before that date, we refund the unused share of your payment.

6. Payment and taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where the law requires it. We never see or store your card number.

7. Refunds

• Changed your mind: full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed fewer than 30 cases. Email hello@ommgoat.com from your account address; no forms.
• Something you paid for does not work and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time: we refund you, whatever the date or case count.
• We shut down before your access ends: we refund the unused share of your payment.
• Plans that renew, when we offer them, say so clearly before you pay, can be cancelled online at any time, and stop at the end of the period you paid for. We will remind you before an annual renewal.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method. Access ends when the refund is issued. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law.
• If something is wrong, contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. A chargeback ends access to the account.

8. Fair use

The content is for your own study. Do not copy, scrape, resell, republish or share it, or use bots or automated tools to access it. We own the site, the cases, the rulebook and the artwork; you get a personal license to use them while your access lasts.

9. Errors

Every answer key comes from a rulebook a physician reviews, and a second solver checks every case. Mistakes can still happen. Report one to hello@ommgoat.com and we will fix the rule behind it. Where reputable sources disagree, answers follow board review and a "No consensus" note shows the other version.

10. AI tutor

The tutor is an AI, not a person. It answers questions about OMM only, up to a daily limit, and explains the physician-reviewed answer key. Its answers can be false, incomplete or misleading, so check anything important against your review book. It does not give advice about anyone's own health. We may limit or switch it off for misuse.

11. Disclaimer and limit of liability

OMM GOAT is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about OMM GOAT is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will post it here and email account holders before it takes effect. Using OMM GOAT after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Law and venue

New York law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Monroe County, New York, except that either side may bring a claim in small claims court.
