How it works

Every case is built fresh from a rulebook a DO verified, so you never see the same one twice and the answer is never a guess.

1

Read the findings

Sulci, ILAs, seated flexion, spring test, sphinx: the same findings the exam gives you, in a new combination each time.

2

Tap the landmarks

Find the deep sulcus and the posterior ILA on the pelvis yourself, because OMM is spatial and reading about it is not enough.

3

Name it, treat it, ask why

Diagnosis, then treatment position. Ask the GOAT why, and anything you miss comes back in spaced review until it sticks.

Smart AI on a short tether.

The answer to every case comes from a rulebook a DO verified, and it is double-checked before you see it. Then ask the GOAT why: our AI tutor explains that answer in plain English. It cannot change the answer, and it only talks OMM.

Verified by a DO

Every rule is checked against standard osteopathic references before it goes live.

Ask the GOAT why

Stuck on a case? Ask follow-ups any time, day or night, up to 25 a day.

Errors fixed in 48 hours

Email us about any case and we fix the rule behind it, for everyone.

Better than rereading the book. Better than asking AI.

Your book has the facts. AI has the chat. The GOAT has both, plus the reps.

FAQ

Is this a question bank?

No. It is a trainer that builds new OMM cases on demand. Keep your bank; use OMM GOAT for the OMM you keep missing.

Who checks the answers?

A DO. Every case comes from a rulebook checked against standard osteopathic references, and each case is solved a second, independent way before you see it. If the two ever disagree, that case never reaches you.

Will the AI tutor make stuff up?

It does not pick answers. It explains the verified answer for the case on your screen and only talks OMM. If it ever words something oddly, email us and a DO takes a look.

Do you use real exam questions?

Never. Nothing here comes from recalled exam content.

Can I share my account?

Your account works on 2 devices at a time. Signing in on a third signs out the oldest. Want a friend in? Send them your code.

What does "No consensus" mean?

Where good sources disagree (heart T1-T4 or T1-T5, for example), the answer follows board review and a pale "No consensus" note shows the other version. We never mark you wrong for the other version.

What if I do not like it?

Full refund within 7 days if you have done fewer than 30 cases. Email us; no forms.
